01 — Mission
From land to market, a regional prosperity hub.
YANGADEV (Y-DEV) aims to become a social and economic development hub in the Central African Republic and the wider Central African sub-region, focused on agro-pastoral activities — production — and agribusiness — processing and marketing.
Its mission is to mobilize skilled people, equipment and funding around short-, medium- and long-term entrepreneurial projects in agribusiness, to unlock the country’s enormous potential.

02 — Statutory objectives
Ten objectives, one path to dignity.
In line with article 3 of its statutes, YANGADEV promotes its own socio-economic development and that of the people of Ngoundji and surrounding areas.

Use the Yangana river for the development of Ngoundji and its surroundings.

For idle youth, local communities and members, through agro-pastoral income activities.

This project strengthens the organisational capacity of farmers’ groups — mostly women — in the Central African Republic. It builds on the PHP project: fostering cooperative principles, defending rights, and supporting participation in local governance through advocacy and public oversight, while boosting productive capacity and integration into agricultural value chains for economic empowerment.
